This information will assist you with the removal for cleaning or replacement of the Moen eBidet Nozzle for the Model series EB1000, EB1500, EB2000 and EB2100. |
Suggested Tools: Small Screwdriver or Allen Wrench that can be inserted into hole to depress Nozzle head locking mechanism
How to Remove the eBidet Nozzle: |
Step 1: When powered on, and not seated: Press the "Nozzle Clean" button on the remote controller, and the washer will automatically extend. Step 2: . You may gently hold the steel pipe with one hand and pull out the front end of the nozzle outward with the other hand. Step 3: On the back of the nozzle head you will locate an opening where a small screwdriver can be inserted. The plastic nozzle is held by compression between the plastic nozzle and the stainless steel tube. When you push inward with the screwdriver, the nozzle will pop out. Use a small screwdriver/ Allen wrench as demonstrated in the video to pop it out by pushing inward. SEE VIDEO BELOW |
How to Re-Install eBidet Nozzle: |
Step 1: Reinstall by gently reinserting the nozzle into the stainless steel tube with the small holes pointing upward. Push it into the sleeve until it fully snaps into place.
Image illustrates how far in the the nozzle should be installed when correctly repositioned.
Step 2: Press the "Nozzle Clean" button on the remote controller to retract the nozzle tip.
