¿CÓMO ELIMINO UNA ALERTA?

Alerts can be cleared from your Moen Smart Water Network App or the Portal del usuario..

To clear an alert from your Moen Smart Water Network App, tap on the Alerts banner on the home screen, tap on the alert you would like to clear, and then tap on Dismiss. To clear an alert in the Portal del usuario., click on the Alerts tab, select the pending alert you would like to clear, and then click on "I'm on it, clear the alert".

A veces el sistema puede eliminar las alertas automáticamente o por su propia cuenta. For example, in the event of an Extended Water Use alert (when water has been running consistently for an excessive period of time), if the water stops being used after the alert is sent, the system may self-clear the alert as it no longer requires user attention.
