Ajustes WLAN
If you are having issues with connecting your Moen Flo Shutoff to your homes WIFI network, please make sure that the following settings and configurations are enabled in your Network Settings.
- El router y/o punto de acceso deben ser compatibles con 802.11 b/g/n y funcionar en 2.4 GHz.
- El nombre (SSID) puede estar escondido o visible. Si el suyo está escondido debe conocer el nombre exacto de su red.
Note: Your phone doesn’t need to use the home’s 2.4 GHz band and may remain on 5 GHz. On iPhone, still connect temporarily to the Shutoff’s network when prompted, then return to the app and select the 2.4 GHz home network for the Detector.
