Moen Smart Water Network App: Instructions for updating your password in the Moen Smart Water app

If you set up a separate password for the Moen Smart Water app, please see the following instructions for updating your password in the Moen Smart Water app:

  1. In the Moen Smart Water app, select Settings at the bottom right corner.

  2. Select your account at the top of the Settings page.

  3. Tap Reset Password.

  4. Enter your your email address if not already filled out and then tap Reset Password.

  5. Type in your new password and then tap Save. The password must contain 8 characters, 1 upper-case, 1 lower-case, and 1 number.

  6. Le enviaremos un código a su Email. Enter the code and then tap Verify Code to complete.

If you logged into the Moen Smart Water Network app using your Facebook, Google, or Apple account, you will need to reset your password directly through Facebook, Google, or Apple.
