Moen Smart Pulldown Touchless Faucet with Voice Activation-VAK: Instructions for resetting your Smart Faucet back to factory defaults

 

Important: Performing a hard factory restore resets the faucet to factory settings and removes all saved presets.

Steps to Perform a Hard Factory Restore
  1. Locate the reset button on the control box.
  2. Insert a paperclip into the reset button.
  3. Press and hold until you hear two beeps (approximately 3 to 5 seconds).
  4. Remove the paperclip.

After the Reset

The faucet will return to factory settings. You will need to reconnect and reprovision the device in the Moen Flo app before smart features can be used again.
