If you recently changed to a new internet provider, received a new router, or if your router configuration changed, you can update your WiFi password and WiFi network name for your Smart Faucet without removing the device from your Moen Smart Water app account. 

On the home screen of the Moen Smart Water app, tap the reconnect icon for the device you would like to reconnect. Esto lo llevará a través de los pasos de la configuración inicial que realizó cuando configuró su llave inteligente por primera vez.

You will then need to prepare your faucet to be configured. Within a few seconds after power cycling your control box, the LED on faucet sensor will be blinking amber and blue. If you do NOT see the amber/blue lights on the LED on the faucet sensor after power cycling the control box, hold down the reset button for a few seconds with something small and pointed such as a paperclip.
